How do I restore purchases?
Open Quiz Quest, go to Me > Settings, and choose Restore Purchases. You can also make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
If restoration does not work, email support@builtbyfoundry.io with the Apple receipt or order ID if available.
How do I delete my account?
Open the App and go to Me > Settings > Delete Account. If you no longer have the App installed, use the Data Deletion page and email us from there.
My energy did not refill. What do I do?
Force close and reopen the App, then check your network connection. If the energy timer still looks wrong, wait a few minutes and reopen Quiz Quest.
If energy is still missing, email support@builtbyfoundry.io with your display name, approximate time, and screenshot if possible.
How do I disconnect Facebook?
Open Quiz Quest and go to Me > Settings. Choose Disconnect Facebook. This removes the stored Facebook ID and matched friend links from active systems.
