1. License
Quiz Quest is licensed, not sold. Built by Foundry, Inc. grants you a limited, nontransferable license to use Quiz Quest on Apple branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services terms and this EULA.
This license covers updates and content provided through Quiz Quest unless separate terms apply.
2. Restrictions
- Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from Quiz Quest.
- Do not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except where law gives you a nonwaivable right.
- Do not use Quiz Quest over a network in a way that allows multiple devices to use one copy at the same time unless Apple rules permit it.
- Do not remove ownership notices or interfere with security, ads, payments, analytics, or gameplay systems.
3. Virtual Currency and Items
Gems, Energy, Gold, cosmetics, rewards, boosts, and other virtual items are licensed for use inside Quiz Quest only. They are not sold to you, do not create ownership rights, have no cash value, and are not transferable.
Virtual currency and items may be changed, limited, removed, or forfeited on account termination except where law requires otherwise.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
In App purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple except where applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Data and Privacy
Quiz Quest uses Apple, Google AdMob, PostHog, Facebook, Convex, RevenueCat, Expo, and may later use Sentry or an equivalent crash reporting provider as described in the Privacy Policy.
AdMob, PostHog, Facebook Connect, and other data handling practices are incorporated by reference through the Privacy Policy.
6. Maintenance and Support
Built by Foundry, Inc. is responsible for maintenance and support for Quiz Quest as described in this EULA or required by law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for Quiz Quest.

7. Warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quiz Quest is provided as is and as available. If any warranty applies and Quiz Quest fails to conform, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price if applicable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for Quiz Quest.
8. Product Claims
Built by Foundry, Inc., not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to Quiz Quest or your possession and use of Quiz Quest, including product liability claims, legal compliance claims, consumer protection claims, and intellectual property claims, except as otherwise required by law.
9. Legal Compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to a US government embargo and are not listed on a US government restricted party list.
10. Apple Third Party Beneficiary
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this EULA. After you accept this EULA, Apple has the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third party beneficiary.
