What is Your Daily Sacred Charge?It is a short morning and evening faith-reflection practice for leaders, created with Dr. Claire Smith. Each Charge pairs Scripture with prompts for prayer, clarity, and reflection.
Where are my reflections stored?Your written reflections and prayers are stored locally on your device. BBF and Dr. Claire do not receive the words you write in the App.
How do I change a reminder?Open Settings in the App and update or turn off your morning and evening reminder times. The reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device.
Subscription and access
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Your Daily Sacred Charge, and use the options Apple provides. Access continues through the paid period after cancellation.
I paid but premium access is missing. What should I do?Confirm that the device uses the same Apple ID that made the purchase, then use Restore Purchases in the App. If access is still missing, email support@builtbyfoundry.io with your device model and app version.
Troubleshooting
Will deleting the App remove my saved reflections?It may. Reflections are stored on your device, so deleting the App or its local data can remove them. Export anything you want to keep before deleting or resetting the App.
The App is not working correctly. What should I send support?Email the team with your device model, operating-system version, app version, the approximate time of the problem, and what you were doing immediately before it happened. Do not include private reflection text.
