1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Your Daily Sacred Charge mobile application ("App") operated by Built by Foundry, Inc., formerly known as Playpen Games, Inc. ("Foundry"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please uninstall the App.Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use Your Daily Sacred Charge. If you're 13-17, review these Terms with a parent or guardian.2. About Your Daily Sacred Charge
Your Daily Sacred Charge provides morning and evening faith reflection prompts, Scripture excerpts, local reminders, and a private on-device archive for saved responses.Faith and Reflection: The App is for personal devotional reflection and leadership practice. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, crisis, or professional counseling advice. If you need professional support, contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
Scripture and Devotional Content: Scripture excerpts, prompts, and reflection content are provided for devotional use. You are responsible for how you interpret and apply the content in your own life, work, and relationships.
3. Account Registration
Some features require an account via Sign in with Apple or Google. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access. You're responsible for all account activity.4. Premium Subscriptions and Billing
Plans: Premium access requires a paid auto-renewable subscription. Pricing is shown in the App before you subscribe, along with the billing period and any trial terms that apply.Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Your Apple ID account is charged according to App Store billing rules.Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings or from the App's subscription management link. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store policies unless applicable law requires otherwise.Price Changes: If subscription pricing changes, notice and consent are handled through the App Store where required.5. User Content
You retain ownership of the reflections, prayers, and responses you write in the App. The current App stores those entries on your device, not on Foundry servers. If you delete the App or your device data, those local entries may be deleted and we may not be able to recover them.Do not use the App to write or store illegal, abusive, infringing, or harmful content.6. Prohibited Conduct
Don't: reverse engineer the App, attempt unauthorized access, use bots or scrapers, share account credentials, distribute abusive content, violate laws, interfere with the App's operation, or commercially exploit App content.We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, audio recordings, content, and App materials are owned by Foundry or licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the App. Don't copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit App content.8. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law:• We're NOT liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost data)• Our total liability is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or $100 USDExceptions: This doesn't limit liability for death/injury from gross negligence, fraud, or liability we can't exclude by law. EU/UK/California consumer rights are not affected.If you experience harm related to App content, report it to hello@builtbyfoundry.io. We'll investigate and take appropriate action.
