2. Information We Collect

2.1 Your Reflections Stay on Your Device

The reflections, prayers, and answers you write in the App are stored only on your device, in local app storage. They are not uploaded to Foundry, to Dr. Claire, or to any third party. If you use the export feature, the App opens your own mail composer with your entries so you can send them wherever you choose; nothing is sent until you press send in your mail app.

2.2 Sign In Information

When you sign in with Apple or Google, the App receives your email address, your name if you choose to share it, and an account identifier. In the current version this information is stored on your device to keep you signed in. If a future version introduces secure cloud backup of your entries, your account will be used to protect and restore your data, and this policy will be updated first.

2.3 Reminders

If you set a daily reminder, the App schedules a local notification on your device at the time you choose. No notification tokens are sent to any server, and the App cannot send you remote push messages.

2.4 Analytics and Diagnostics

PostHog receives an app-specific identifier, account identifier after sign-in, device and app details, screens viewed, taps, app lifecycle events, onboarding, charge-completion and paywall events, crash and error details, and masked session replay. Text inputs, images, and sandboxed views are masked. We do not send the words of your reflections or prayers as analytics event properties. The App has no advertising and does not access your camera, photos, microphone, contacts, or precise location.

2.5 Subscription Information

RevenueCat and the applicable app store process purchase, entitlement, renewal, and restore information. Foundry does not receive your full payment-card number.

2.6 Support Requests

If you email us for help, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to respond to you.
Sources of information: We receive information from you, automatically from your device and use of the App, and from any sign-in provider, marketplace, or other service you choose to connect, including the app store.
