What happens when I join the waitlist?We save your email, store name, and where you sell, then email you when early access opens. Joining does not create a workspace or charge you.
I joined twice. Am I on the list twice?No. The same email in the same waitlist organization is one place. Submitting again updates that place rather than stacking copies.
How do I get off the list?Write to privacy@builtbyfoundry.io from the address you used. We will remove the waitlist record.
The product
Does Vintake post to Shopify for me?Not during this beta. You can connect Shopify, but outbound writes stay off. You review drafts in Vintake. File exports for eBay, Etsy, Depop, Poshmark, and Whatnot are yours to upload.
Does it need my camera?Only if you photograph an item in the browser. You can upload photos you already have instead. Invoices can be uploaded as PDF, JPEG, or PNG.
Do I need an account to join the waitlist?No. The waitlist is a public form. A workspace account exists only after you are invited and sign in.
Your data
Who can see my inventory?People in your organization. Operators do not browse seller items to study the product. A seller can share a specific item for curation, or grant time-bounded support access. Neither action hands over the rest of the workspace.
How do I export or delete a workspace?A verified organization administrator can request an organization-scoped export or deletion. Exports arrive as a short-lived download. Deletion will not run while a destination listing is still active or a legal hold exists, and an operator still has to complete the wipe. Write to privacy@builtbyfoundry.io and we will start that request.
