How do I cancel my subscription?Your subscription is billed by Apple or Google, depending on where you downloaded Stain Fix. To cancel, open the store on your phone and find Stain Fix in your subscriptions list.• iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Stain Fix → Cancel Subscription. Apple also has full instructions at support.apple.com.
• Android: Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, choose Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Stain Fix → Cancel subscription. Google's guide is at support.google.com.Your access stays active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?In the app: open Settings → Account → Delete Account. Or email westonbdev@gmail.com from the email on your account. Full instructions live on our account and data deletion page.
I was charged but I cancelled.Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google directly. Use reportaproblem.apple.com or your Google Play order history. If you get stuck, email us the details and we will help you through it.
Scans and results
My scan did not work.A few things to try:• Make sure the stain is well lit and fills most of the frame
• Clean the camera lens on your phone
• Confirm you are connected to Wi Fi or cellular data
• Force close the app and reopen it
• Update to the latest version of Stain Fix in your app storeIf you still hit errors, email us with your device type, app version, and a short description of what happened.

How accurate is the AI?Stain Fix uses AI to suggest what the stain might be and how to treat it, based on your photo and context. It is a helpful starting point, not a guarantee. Always test any treatment on a hidden spot first, follow the care label on your garment, and stop if anything looks like it is getting worse. We are not liable for damage to garments or fabrics, so use your best judgement on anything valuable or delicate.
Can I delete individual scans?Yes. Open a scan in your history and tap the delete icon, or clear all scans from Settings. Deleting your whole account removes every scan you have ever run.
Notifications and settings
I am not getting notifications.On iPhone: Settings → Notifications → Stain Fix, and make sure Allow Notifications is on. On Android: open the app info for Stain Fix, tap Notifications, and allow alerts. Then check notification settings inside the app itself.
How do I change my email address?Open Settings → Account in the app to update your email. If you signed in with Apple or Google, change your email with that provider.
