1. Delete your account in the app
This is the fastest way. Open Stain Fix on your iPhone or Android device and go to:Settings → Account → Delete AccountTap Delete Account and confirm. We will immediately sign you out and begin removing your data from our active systems.2. Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, email westonbdev@gmail.com from the email address on your Stain Fix account. Use the subject line "Delete my Stain Fix account" so we can route it quickly.We verify that the request is coming from the account holder, then delete your data. We complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request, and usually much sooner.3. What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove:• Your stain photos stored with Stain Fix• Your scan history and saved results
• Your profile, account info, and login details
• Product analytics events linked to your account
• Notification tokens tied to your account
4. What is retained
A small amount of information may stay in our systems after deletion:• Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot be tied back to you• Billing and tax records we are required to keep by law
• Records needed to resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligationsSubscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Deleting your Stain Fix account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please also cancel it in the App Store or Google Play Store. Full steps are on our support page.
