Playpen Games, Inc. (doing business as Foundry) provides SMS notifications to our creator partners. These messages notify creators about revenue events from their mobile applications, including new subscriptions, renewals, and purchases.Our SMS service is exclusively for business partners (creators) who have entered into a partnership agreement with Playpen Games, Inc. to develop and publish mobile applications.2. Consent and Opt-In
By providing your phone number to Playpen Games, Inc. and verbally consenting during your partnership onboarding call, you agree to receive SMS messages from Playpen Games, Inc. at the phone number you provided.How You Opt In: During your creator partnership onboarding call with Playpen Games, Inc., you will be asked if you would like to receive SMS notifications about your app's revenue. By verbally confirming and providing your phone number, you consent to receive these messages.Consent is Voluntary: You are not required to opt in to SMS notifications to participate in our creator partnership program. This is an optional service.3. Message Types and Frequency
Types of Messages: You will receive SMS messages from Playpen Games, Inc. regarding:• Revenue notifications when users subscribe to your app• Renewal notifications when existing subscribers renew
• Purchase notifications for one-time purchases
• Trial start and conversion notifications
• Account and service updates related to your partnershipMessage Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your app's activity. Creators with more active apps may receive more messages. Typical frequency ranges from a few messages per week to several per day during high-activity periods.Sample Message: "Claim It: +$4.00 - Someone just subscribed! You now have 48 subscribers. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Playpen Games, Inc. does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.5. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of SMS messages from Playpen Games, Inc. at any time.To Opt Out: Reply STOP to any SMS message from +1 (855) 578-5658.After texting STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your opt-out. You will not receive any further SMS messages from Playpen Games, Inc. unless you opt in again.Opt-Out Confirmation Message: "You have been unsubscribed from Playpen Games, Inc. earnings alerts.
