Built by Foundry, a division of Playpen Games, Inc. ("Foundry," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the Stain Savior mobile application for Southern Escape ("App"). 2.1 Information You Provide

We may collect information you provide directly, including:• Account details such as email address, display name, and sign-in identifiers
• Stain photos or images you upload from your camera or photo library
• Classification corrections, saved scan history, and related in-app activity

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

We automatically collect limited technical and usage information, including:• Device and app information such as device type, operating system, app version, and language settings
• Log, usage, and analytics data such as screens viewed, feature usage, and session events
• Crash, error, and performance diagnostics
• Approximate location inferred from IP address
• Subscription status and purchase metadata returned by our billing providers

2.3 Permissions and Notifications

If you grant permission, the App may access your camera or photo library so you can capture or select stain images. If you opt in to notifications, we may collect device push tokens and notification preference settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:• Provide stain identification and step-by-step cleaning guidance
• Create and store your scan history and saved results
• Authenticate your account and sync data across supported devices
• Process subscriptions, renewals, restores, and customer support requests
• Monitor product performance, debug issues, and improve the App
• Detect abuse, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations

4. Image Processing and AI-Assisted Classification

To generate a stain diagnosis, we upload the image you choose to our storage infrastructure and pass the image URL to our backend classification workflow. That workflow currently uses OpenAI to help identify the stain, the likely surface, and conservative next-step guidance.Because this feature depends on image processing, please avoid uploading photos that contain unnecessary sensitive personal information, financial information, or other content you would not want shared with a service provider acting on our behalf.AI-assisted outputs can be wrong or incomplete. They are generated automatically and are used to provide cleaning guidance inside the App, not to make decisions about your credit, employment, insurance, housing, or similar high-impact matters.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share limited information with service providers that help us run the App, including:• Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and backend functions
• OpenAI for image-based classification and generated cleaning guidance
• RevenueCat and the applicable app store or billing platform for subscriptions
• PostHog for product analytics
• Sentry or similar diagnostics providers for crash and error reporting
• Apple, Google, or other identity providers when you use their sign-in services
• Notification and platform infrastructure providers when you opt in to alertsWe may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, or asset sale.

6. Retention and Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the App, maintain your account, resolve disputes, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.If you delete your account, we will remove or de-identify active account data within a reasonable period, subject to backup retention, fraud prevention needs, and records we must keep by law such as transaction histories.If available in your version of the App, you can initiate deletion in-app. You can also request deletion by contacting privacy@builtbyfoundry.io.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing.You can also:• Turn off camera, photo, or notification permissions in your device settings
• Manage subscription renewals through the platform you used to purchase
• Contact privacy@builtbyfoundry.io to exercise privacy rightsIf you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar jurisdictions, we generally process information to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the App, comply with law, or based on your consent where required.

8. Children's Privacy

Stain Savior is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it if appropriate.

9. International Transfers

We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your region. Where required, we use contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect transferred personal information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you in-app, by email, or by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the App after the revised policy takes effect means the updated policy applies.
