Why is a trail or map missing offline?Open the trail while you have a connection and confirm that its offline package finished downloading. Keep enough free storage for the map and photos before leaving service.
My location is wrong or does not move.Confirm that location access is enabled for Wanderfreund and that precise location is available. GPS can be delayed under heavy tree cover or near steep terrain. Carry an independent navigation backup for safety.

How do I delete my account?Use the account deletion control in the App when available, or email privacy@builtbyfoundry.io from the address tied to your account.
What should I include in a trail report?Send the trail, direction of travel, nearest waypoint, approximate time, and what you observed. Do not rely on a support reply for an emergency. Contact local emergency services when someone may be in danger.
