Why can Playpen not use my camera?Open your device settings, find Playpen, and allow camera access. You can still use games that do not require the camera when camera access is off.
A game or effect is not loading.Confirm that you have a connection, close and reopen the App, and install the latest store version. If it keeps happening, send the game name, device model, and App version.
Safety and Account
How do I report content or another account?Use the report control beside the content or account so the report includes the item we need to review. Email support if the control does not work.
How do I request account or data deletion?Use the deletion control in the App when available, or email privacy@builtbyfoundry.io from the address tied to your account.
