MyTubby Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice

Effective August 12, 2026This notice supplements the MyTubby Privacy Policy. It describes information that may be treated as consumer health data under Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws. Built by Foundry, Inc. (f/k/a Playpen Games, Inc.) controls this information.

1. Consumer Health Data We Collect

• Check-in and self-care responses that may reveal emotional state, wellness interests, routines, or related inferences.
• Companion memories or notes that you choose to enter and that may contain health-related information.
• Use of wellness-oriented check-ins and reminders associated with your account.We do not collect a category unless you use the related feature. We do not sell consumer health data.

2. Sources

We collect this information directly from you and from your use of MyTubby. We may infer a check-in or self-care category from choices you make in the App. We do not buy consumer health data from data brokers.

3. Why We Collect and Use It

• Provide and personalize the companion, check-ins, self-care prompts, memories, and reminders you request.
• Sync eligible App state across devices and restore it to your account.
• Authenticate your account, secure and debug the App, provide support, and honor rights requests.Where applicable law requires consent for collection or sharing, we request it before the relevant processing. You may withdraw consent as described below.

4. Consumer Health Data We Share

Supabase: Account identifiers and eligible check-in, companion, memory, preference, and sync records. Purpose: Authentication, cloud storage, sync, deletion, and security.PostHog: App identifiers, screens, feature events, device and app details, and masked session replay where enabled. Purpose: Product analytics and debugging.Sentry: Technical error, device, and diagnostic information that may be associated with an App session. Purpose: Crash reporting and reliability.We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or in a financing, merger, acquisition, or sale subject to lawful safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep synced check-in, companion, memory, and preference information while the account is active and then delete or de-identify it after a verified deletion request, subject to temporary backups and records retained for security or law. Local records remain until you delete them or remove the App.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to or deletion of consumer health data and withdraw consent to its collection or sharing. Email privacy@builtbyfoundry.io with the App name and the email or account identifier you used. We will verify and respond as applicable law requires. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. You may also contact the Washington Attorney General or another regulator with authority over your complaint.
