What should I do first?Start the daily rebuttal rep. Pick the weak move, write your response, answer the pushback, then rewrite your line. The claim checker is also there when you have a headline or claim you want to investigate.
Do I need an account?No. The app signs you in anonymously so your practice is saved on your device. Practice-history continuity across devices is not promised by this release, so do not reinstall as a first troubleshooting step.
What stays free?The daily rebuttal rep, the lesson path with its free allowance, Brody fights, and one claim check a day. The in-app comparison shows current premium allowances.
Coaching and Claim Checks
Can I trust the coaching?AI can be wrong. Use the evidence, inspect the quoted words, and flag feedback that is inaccurate or unhelpful. Unranked guided feedback does not change your competitive rating. It is practice, not a guarantee that your argument is correct.
Is the claim check always correct?No. A claim check is an educational starting point that cites the reasoning and evidence it used. Verify important claims through peer-reviewed research and authoritative sources.
Coaching is taking too long, or a claim check failed.After a bounded wait the rep can continue with clearly labelled unranked guidance, and a failed claim check does not use up your daily check. Retry on your next rep when your connection recovers. A local fallback is not a verified remote score.
My rep could not be saved.Keep the answer on screen, free some device storage, and retry. Reinstalling can lose unsynced practice, so try that last.
Premium and Billing
What does Premium include?The full opponent ladder, drill feedback on every rep, uncapped lessons, and up to 50 claim checks a day. Voice fights are not part of this release. Your store confirms the price and any eligible introductory offer before payment.
Why are prices missing?The app needs a current store offering before you can buy. Check your connection and tap Retry prices. You can close the screen and keep training free.
I paid but premium is locked.Use Settings → Restore Purchases while signed into the store account that made the purchase. If access still is not confirmed, email us with your app version, device, store, and approximate purchase time. Never send a password or full card details.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?Manage it in your App Store subscription settings, or use Settings → Manage subscription in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?Apple handles App Store refunds under its rules, subject to any rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive. Use Apple's purchase-history or Report a Problem flow to request one.
Troubleshooting
I'm not receiving reminder notifications.Go to iPhone Settings → Notifications → Is This BS and enable alerts. You can also adjust the reminder time in the app's Settings screen.
The app feels slow or stuck.Force close the app, reopen, and confirm you're running the latest version. If the issue continues, email us with your device type, app version, and the steps that failed.
How do I get help?Settings → Contact Support opens an email draft to support@builtbyfoundry.io. If your device has no email app, use that address from any mail client.
