1. Introduction
Built by Foundry, Inc., formerly known as Playpen Games, Inc. ("Foundry," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the Greenhorn Grove mobile application ("App") for Matthew Gauger. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the App or contact us about it.Contact: For privacy requests, email privacy@builtbyfoundry.io. For general questions: hello@builtbyfoundry.io2. Information We Collect
2.1 Your Account
You can sign in with Apple, sign in with Google, or skip sign in and use an anonymous account. When you sign in with Apple or Google we receive your email address, your display name if the provider shares it, and an account identifier. Your account ties your pantry, kitchen, saved recipes, and posts to you so they survive reinstalls.2.2 Kitchen Table Posts Are Visible to Other Members
The Kitchen Table is a community space. Posts you publish there, including your text, your photos, your display name, and replies and cheers you leave on other posts, are visible to other members of the App. Photos you attach to posts are stored on our servers and served from public links. Do not post anything you want to keep private. You can delete your own posts at any time, and you can report posts that break the rules.2.3 Your Pantry, Kitchen, and Homestead
Recipes you save, cooking attempts you log (including optional notes), the tools you mark as owned in your kitchen, and your homestead counts are stored with your account. These are private to you; they are not shown to other members unless you choose to share something in a post.2.4 Newsletter Signup
If you opt in to updates from Matthew, your email address is added to the Greenhorn Grove mailing list and used to send you his updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.2.5 Subscription Information
If you subscribe to Greenhorn Kitchen Pro, our billing provider returns your subscription state (active, trial, expired) so the App can unlock Pro features. Apple processes the payment; we never see your card details.2.6 What the App Does Not Collect
No behavioral analytics, no crash telemetry, no advertising, and no tracking across other apps or websites. Camera and photo library access are used only when you choose to attach a photo to a post or set a profile photo. Weekly cooking reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device; no push tokens are sent to any server.3. How We Use Your Information
• Show your pantry, saved recipes, kitchen tools, and homestead counts on your devices
• Publish your Kitchen Table posts and show them to other members
• Moderate the Kitchen Table, including handling reports of rule breaking content
