2.1 We Do Not Collect Your Data
Claire’s Sudoku has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no servers of its own. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. There is no analytics SDK, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.2.2 What Stays On Your Device
Your puzzles in progress, completed-puzzle history, streaks, best times, and settings (such as theme and timer preferences) are saved only in the App’s local storage on your phone. This information never leaves your device and is not visible to us or anyone else.
When you tap Share to send a result, your device’s standard share sheet hands the text or image to whichever app you choose (Messages, Mail, and so on). We are not involved in that transfer and do not see what you share.2.3 Deleting Your Data
Because everything is stored locally, deleting the App from your device permanently removes all of your saved games, streaks, and settings.3. How We Use Your Information

We share limited data with service providers to operate the App. All are contractually required to protect your data and use it only as we instruct.Third-Party Services: None. The App is hosted in the United States. If you access from other regions, your data is transferred to and processed in the US.EU/UK Users: We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with all processors. All transfers are encrypted. You can request copies of our SCCs by contacting privacy@builtbyfoundry.io.6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain data only as long as necessary or required by law.All data is stored locally on your device for as long as the App is installed. We hold no copy of it because none is ever transmitted to us. Uninstalling the App deletes everything.7. Your Privacy Rights
