These Terms of Service govern your use of the Claim It mobile application ("App") operated by Built by Foundry, Inc., formerly known as Playpen Games, Inc. ("Foundry"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please uninstall the App.Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use Claim It. If you're 13-17, review these Terms with a parent or guardian.2. About Claim It
Claim It provides daily affirmations, AI-generated custom manifestation packs (Premium), journaling prompts, audio playback (Autopilot Mode), streak tracking, and personalized categories.AI Content: Premium custom packs are generated by artificial intelligence based on your goals and preferences. AI content is for inspiration only, may contain errors, and is not reviewed by mental health professionals. All AI-generated content is owned by Foundry; you receive a personal license to use it within the App.
Not Medical Advice: Claim It is for personal empowerment and motivation. It is NOT a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, medical advice, or crisis intervention.

AI Limitations: AI content may contain errors or inappropriate outputs. We don’t guarantee accuracy or specific outcomes.

3. Account Registration
Some features require an account via Sign in with Apple or Google. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access. You're responsible for all account activity.4. Premium Subscriptions and Billing
Plans: Premium features require a paid subscription (weekly, monthly, or annual). Pricing is shown in the App.Free Trials: New subscribers may receive a free trial or gift trial. Trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You’ll be charged the current subscription price.Cancellation: Cancel anytime via iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Claim It → Cancel, or in the App: Profile → Manage Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.Refunds: Generally non-refundable except: (a) as required by law (EU: 14-day withdrawal right), (b) technical issues preventing access (contact support within 7 days), (c) unauthorized charges.Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days’ notice.5. User Content
You Own Your Journal: You retain ownership of journal entries, favorites, and other content you create. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, backup, display, and sync your content across devices.What We Won’t Do: Share your journal with others, use it in marketing without consent, train AI on your personal entries, or sell your content.Content Standards: Don’t upload illegal, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content.Deletion: If you delete your account, we’ll delete your content within 30 days (backups purged within 90 days).6. Prohibited Conduct
Don't: reverse engineer the App, attempt unauthorized access, use bots or scrapers, share account credentials, distribute abusive content, violate laws, interfere with the App's operation, or commercially exploit App content.We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, audio recordings, content, and App materials are owned by Foundry or licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the App. Don't copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit App content.8. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law:• We're NOT liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost data)• Our total liability is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or $100 USDExceptions: This doesn't limit liability for death/injury from gross negligence, fraud, or liability we can't exclude by law. EU/UK/California consumer rights are not affected.If you experience harm related to App content, report it to hello@builtbyfoundry.io. We'll investigate and take appropriate action.
