Claim It Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice

Effective August 12, 2026This notice supplements the Claim It Privacy Policy. It describes information that may be treated as consumer health data under Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws. Built by Foundry, Inc. (f/k/a Playpen Games, Inc.) controls this information.

1. Consumer Health Data We Collect

• Journal entries and prompts that may reveal emotional or mental well-being.
• Goals, focus areas, relationship status, manifestation preferences, and onboarding responses that may reveal health-related interests or inferences.
• Use of wellness-oriented features, reminders, and generated packs associated with your account.We do not collect a category unless you use the related feature. We do not sell consumer health data.

2. Sources

We collect this information directly from you and from your use of Claim It. We may infer a focus category from choices you make in the App. We do not buy consumer health data from data brokers.

3. Why We Collect and Use It

• Store and sync the journal and preferences you request.
• Personalize affirmations, prompts, reminders, and premium manifestation packs.
• Authenticate your account, protect the App, provide support, and honor rights requests.Where applicable law requires consent for collection or sharing, we request it before the relevant processing. You may withdraw consent as described below.

4. Consumer Health Data We Share

Google Firebase: Account identifiers, onboarding responses, journal content, settings, and generated-pack records. Purpose: Authentication, cloud storage, sync, security, and diagnostics.OpenAI: The goals, focus information, and onboarding preferences needed to generate a requested custom pack; not journal-entry text in the current flow. Purpose: Automated affirmation and prompt generation.OneSignal: Push identifiers and notification segments, which may include selected focus or mental-wellness goal categories. Purpose: Deliver and measure requested reminders.PostHog: Account or app identifiers, feature events, screens, device details, and masked session replay. We do not intentionally send journal-entry text as an analytics property. Purpose: Product analytics, experiments, and debugging.We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or in a financing, merger, acquisition, or sale subject to lawful safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep account, journal, onboarding, preference, and generated-pack information while the account is active and then delete or de-identify it after a verified deletion request, subject to temporary backups and records retained for security or law. Provider and diagnostic records are kept only as reasonably needed for their stated purpose.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to or deletion of consumer health data and withdraw consent to its collection or sharing. Email privacy@builtbyfoundry.io with the App name and the email or account identifier you used. We will verify and respond as applicable law requires. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. You may also contact the Washington Attorney General or another regulator with authority over your complaint.
